Our three B1 flatbed Bobst die cutters give us the ability to be able to cut hundreds of thousands of sheets daily. 

From simple creasing dies to complex Reverse Score, Reverse Crease, Perforation and Kiss-Cut dies.

All three are complete with full stripping facilities that can auto strip any number of apertures from a single sheet.

Embossing and Debossing can be done in line or as separate passes on all three of our Bobst cutters.

Whether you require blind or print aligned, embossing or debossing, the accuracy of any of our cutters will be more than sufficient. Multi level dies are also attainable.

All three of our gluers are ready to tackle any straight line glued cartons, from a simple side seem O'Card sleeve, to a multi glue lined pack or fitment.

A range of envelopes and wallets are also achievable from small card/ticket holder wallets, up to larger folders with internal pockets to hold documents.

Material can range from 150 micron up to 'B' Flute Corrugated, with a maximum blank width of 1000mm.

Crash Lock Bases, also known as Automatic Bases, Quick Lock or Self Erecting boxes, are more popular than ever. Quick, easy and strong, when erected crash lock based cartons can be used in a variety of applications. 

All three of our gluing lines are capable of running this multi glue carton base, from panel sizes down to 30mm.

Our two Signature gluers are capable of gluing 4 and 6 corner boxes. Often used in the food industry, the 4 corner tray is an easy way of holding flat stock whilst saving space over other alternatives. 

Sometimes a lid is required and with 6 corner gluing available, the 4 corner tray can be completed with a hinged lid.

Each of our gluers have dedicated glue systems with multiple glue heads on each. 

Our cold glue systems stick a vast range of substrates. However, we also have three hot melt systems for when jobs require a hotmelt application, or in some instances a combination of hot and cold gluing. 

Hotmelt is often used on laminated, varnished and other coated materials, as well as plastics.

We have two dedicated Moll machines set for automatic taping applications. 

The peel and seal tape can be applied to cartons, wallets, envelopes, posters or any other material before or after it has been glued. 

Tape application can also be applied before heading off for hand finishing, saving time and cost on hand application during the finishing process. We also have a third tape head that can be attached to any of the three glue lines, meaning jobs can be folded, glued and taped in line.

Our labeling machine is another addition to any glue line, where a label is required as part of the finished product. These are more often used within the pharmaceutical and food industry sectors.

We have two Kohmann window patchers. Our latest piece of equipment, the Kohmann F-1100, is able to double stream for increased productivity, providing shorter lead times or applying 2 windows to the same blank.

Inline with our glueing spec, the window patchers can run substrates of 130 micron up to 'B' Flute corrugated.

Applications include Polyester and Acetate on blank sizes of L1100mm x W1020mm and a film application size of L840mm x W720mm.

Often, elements to a project require nothing more than to be Die Cut, Stripped and Boxed. 

We have become proficient in stripping and boxing and with our flatbed cutting machines all having auto stripping units, the stripping process is minimal and precise.
